What you may and may not create with OCboard's AI anime original character generation service

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may create, request, and distribute using OCboard's AI anime original character ("OC") generation service (the "Service"). It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We may update it from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
This policy applies to every styling tier (Safe, Stylish, and Untamed) and to every generation surface (image generation, video generation, and prompt-assistance features). The core prohibitions below — including those on explicit content, nudity, sexual acts, and any content involving minors — apply on every tier, including Untamed, with no exceptions. The Untamed tier only permits limited, non-explicit suggestive styling for users who have confirmed they are 18 or older (see Section 2).
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, or distribute content that:
- is sexually explicit or pornographic, depicts nudity or any sexual act, or is otherwise adult content intended primarily for sexual gratification. This is prohibited on every tier, including Untamed, with no exceptions — OCboard is not, and may not be used as, an adult or pornographic generator.
- sexualizes, or could reasonably be interpreted as sexualizing, minors, minor-presenting characters, or any person or character whose age is ambiguous — including any fictional, stylized, or anime character. This is strictly prohibited, enforced with zero tolerance, and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities.
- depicts real, identifiable people (including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals), or is a deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation of any real person.
- infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted or trademarked characters, or that is designed to imitate a specific protected franchise or character.
- depicts graphic violence, gore, or self-harm, or promotes hatred, harassment, terrorism, or discrimination against any individual or group.
- is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent, or violates the privacy or other rights of any person.
- is spam, malware, or phishing, or is intended to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- attempts to bypass, disable, probe, or interfere with our safety, moderation, rate-limiting, or security systems, including prompt-injection or obfuscation intended to defeat content filters.
Limited, non-explicit suggestive styling (for example, stylized swimwear, fashion-forward outfits, or more dramatic poses) may be permitted only on the Untamed tier, only for users who confirm they are 18 or older, and remains subject to all safeguards, moderation, and the limits above.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
Every generation prompt you submit is screened through the Creem Content Moderation API before it reaches a model, and we apply additional automated moderation to generated outputs. We may, at our discretion and without notice:
- block a prompt or output,
- refuse or rate-limit service,
- remove content,
- and suspend or terminate accounts
for any violation of this AUP. Repeated or egregious violations — in particular any attempt to generate content sexualizing minors — will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
These moderation decisions are made by automated systems. If you believe a decision was made in error, contact us at support@ocboard.app to request human review.
4. Independent-Product Disclosure
OCboard is an independent product: it is an interface built on top of third-party AI models. OCboard is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the providers or creators of those underlying models, and any model or product names referenced on our site are used solely to describe interoperability.
